Mild spoiler warning: this page gives the Chapter 3 codes and describes rooms in Terry's House.
The Giggleland safe code is 1437. It opens the garage safe in Chapter 3, Terry's House, of the Steam horror game, and inside you find a present. Two separate players report the same code. The locked box upstairs uses a different code, 4755, covered below.
Where the Giggleland safe is
The safe sits in the garage of Farmer Terry's house, the setting of Chapter 3. By this point the kitchen has changed and mannequins block the doors, so you will be moving between the kitchen, the living room, the garage and the upstairs rooms. The safe needs a four-digit code, and the clue for it is not in the garage but in the living room.
The Giggleland walkthrough shows where this chapter fits in the story, between the farm in Chapter 2 and the corridors in Chapter 4.
How the clue works
The Giggleland safe code is hidden in the living room, the room with the TV and the piano. A player notes that the phone rings to draw you in there. Every wall has a painting, and each painting shows a number of objects.
- Go to the living room with the TV and piano.
- Find the painting with the egg on the left wall. This is the first digit.
- Move clockwise around the room, counting the objects in each painting.
- Finish with the painting of the full-grown chickens.
- Read the four counts in that order: 1, 4, 3, 7.
- Go to the garage, enter 1437 on the safe and take the present.
The order follows the growth of a chicken, from egg to adult, so if a digit looks wrong, check that you started at the egg and went clockwise.
Locked box code upstairs
A second lock in Terry's House is a locked box opened with a code from two missing-child posters for the same child.
- Go upstairs.
- Find the first poster on the right, next to the seated mannequin of Ms. Mable near the bedroom.
- Find the second poster in the room directly opposite.
- Add the cash rewards printed on the two posters.
- Enter the total, 4755, on the locked box.
This code comes from a single Steam puzzle guide, so treat it as medium confidence. The same chapter also has a birthday candle on the shelf above the oven and a gramophone with three knobs; both are solved on the Giggleland puzzles page.
Does the Giggleland safe code change?
No source says the safe code is randomized. The author of the Steam puzzle guide and the poster of a separate Steam thread both got 1437, which points to a fixed code. Nobody has published a test across many playthroughs, though.
Hotfix v1.0.1 (October 27, 2026) adjusted Chapter 2 and final-chapter puzzles; for Chapter 3 the patch notes only mention better frame rates. Other steps may differ after the hotfix, but no report says the safe changed. If 1437 fails in your game, recount the paintings and use your own numbers.
