The Giggleland secret ending is a hidden scene you reach by ignoring Ella at the stairs and going through Eliot's door instead. It is easy to walk past on a first run of the Steam game, because the voice guiding you points the other way. This page explains the steps, why the door seems to reject you, and what the hospital scene shows, based on three full-game videos checked October 29, 2026.

How to get the Giggleland secret ending
- Play until Tolie reaches the stairs where Ella tells her to go right.
- Do not go right. Walk to Eliot's door.
- Go through it. The game sends you back to the stairs.
- Go through Eliot's door a second time. You are sent back again.
- Go through it a third time. You are sent back once more.
- Go through it a fourth time. This time the door opens on the hospital scene.
- Watch the scene. The game then returns you to the stairs.
No source names the chapter the stairs belong to. They are likely in the final chapter, but that is not confirmed, so we will update this line once a source says so. The Giggleland walkthrough covers the chapters around it.
Why Eliot's door sends you back three times
Sources on the Giggleland secret ending only report that it happens: the first three attempts bounce you back to the stairs and the fourth works. No source explains the reason in story terms, so treat the three returns as part of the route, not a bug. If you give up after one or two tries and follow Ella, you miss the scene for that run.
What happens in the hospital
IndieMjol's video, "All Endings + Secret Ending (Eliot's Door)", shows two parts in this section:
- A hospital scene, reached through the fourth try at the door.
- An Eliot cartoon playing on a TV.
BabyZone titles its upload "Eliot Secret Ending (Hospital Secret Scene)", and POPPY PLAY GAME frames it as what happens if Tolie chooses Eliot instead of Ella. None of these sources says what the hospital means for the story, and we do not add a theory of our own.
After the secret ending
Once the Giggleland secret ending's hospital scene is over, the game puts you back at the stairs, so the run carries on toward the main ending. The castle chapter also holds the Giggleland colored button puzzle and the final machine, and the Giggleland puzzles page lists every other answer.
There is one lasting effect. According to IndieMjol, from then on the room you see after the credits stays wrecked, even if you reset your save.
