Farmer Terry in Giggleland
Also called Uncle Terry, Uncle Teri
Farmer Terry owns the farm where Chapter 2, Pipes, takes place, and his house is the setting of Chapter 3, Terry's House. The Steam page says he loves helping children find their way home. The demo, Terry's Vegetable Patch, was named after his cartoon, and in the final chapter a Farmer Terry recording plays, with Farmer Terry's Song over the credits.

Farmer Terry's chapters
In Chapter 2 you work through his farm, fitting four containers into the coloured pipes. In Chapter 3 you search his house, where the kitchen has changed and mannequins block the doors; this is where the garage safe and the locked box are.
The ARG adds more. SuperJump describes Farmer Terry, or Uncle Teri, as the park's founder who meddled with the cartoons, and the hosted wiki lists a Mr. T, Dr. Valteri Nadear, with the aliases Teri and Uncle Teri as leader of the fictional studio KMW. Whether the game treats Farmer Terry and Mr. T as one person is something fans believe, not something a source confirms.
