Eliot in Giggleland

Eliot is the cheerful cat magician mascot of Giggleland and the first character to talk to you: on the Steam page he introduces himself as your Giggleland guide. He is an orange tabby cat in a purple sparkly tuxedo and top hat, the star of the in-universe cartoon Eliot and Ella and of the Eliot's Adventure game. In the full game he guides Tolie from chapter to chapter.

Eliot in the full game
Eliot speaks to Tolie throughout, handing out tasks alongside the Announcer. Walkthrough videos of the final chapter show him trying to protect Tolie at the castle and having his memory reset. His door at the stairs near the end of the game is the way into the secret ending, as the secret ending guide explains.
Eliot also stars in Eliot's Adventure. In Chapter 6 you can play an Eliot's Adventure arcade cabinet that has two endings of its own. That arcade game is different from the older Eliot's Adventure Flash-style game released as part of the ARG.
Eliot or Elliot?
Steam and the game use Eliot. Elliot is a common alternate spelling, and the hosted wiki lists it as an alias. Searches for either spelling mean the same character.
