Tolie in Giggleland
Tolie is the player character in Giggleland. She is a little girl who is not allowed to leave the house, and one night she wakes up alone in the Giggleland park. A voice over the park speakers tells her that her father is waiting at the information booth, and that search drives all eight chapters. Tolie never speaks; the Steam page puts it as her not talking but knowing how to listen.

Tolie in the story
You see the park through Tolie's eyes in first person. Because she is silent, the other characters do the talking: Eliot guides and jokes, the Announcer gives instructions, and recordings and posters fill in what happened to other children in the park. The game is about her trip from the farm to the tunnels and the castle, not about her backstory, which the game keeps for the final chapter.
The hosted wiki describes her with brown hair and eyes, an oversized white t-shirt with a sun on it and a pink rabbit hat. It also points out that the names Tolie and Eliot are anagrams of each other, which fans read as a hint about how the two are linked.
Spelling
Steam spells her name Tolie. Some fan sites write Tolly or Tally; those are mistakes. Tolie appears in every chapter of the walkthrough, and the secret ending turns on a choice she makes at the stairs near the end of the game.
