The Announcer in Giggleland
The Announcer is the voice over the Giggleland park speakers. It is the first thing Tolie hears when she wakes up alone in the park: a message that her father is waiting for her at the information booth. Through all eight chapters the Announcer hands out objectives, often next to Eliot, and the final chapter is built around the Announcer's birthday trap and true identity.

The Announcer's role
Much of the game's direction comes from the speakers: where to go next, which task to finish, when a ride or door is ready. The Steam page quotes the opening announcement. Video chapter titles for the final chapter name the Announcer's birthday trap and a reveal of the Announcer's true identity; we leave the reveal to the game.
